Wissam Boustany

Conducting - April 2016

In April, Wissam embarks on a new venture that could possibly have a big impact on his music in the future. He will be participating in his first conducting workshop at Le Touquet, France, with conductor George Pehlivanian.  During his 2015 residency at the Australian National Academy of Music, in Melbourne, Wissam conducted a performance of Francis Poulenc's Piano Concerto "Aubade"; after this intensely rewarding experience he resolved to develop his conducting skills over the next period.
